The Getter Family!!!: Anara's 4th Birthday!

Wow! My baby is 4 years old! Hard to believe! She is all girl. Has to be wearing pink and it generally has to be a dress. Oh and don't forget the bow! She is also pure drama....all the time! She still talks 24/7 and it is a miracle if there is ever a moment of silence in our house. She still very much narrates her entire life. EVERY thought that goes through her head she has to say and wants to hold a conversation with someone at all times.

She has been an amazing big sister. She loves her sister 100% and never gets angry if Lynnea is getting all the attention. (She will however try to join in on the fun!) Her favorite thing to say right now is "Well...." If you ask her to do something she will say "Well...." and then give a reason why she shouldn't do it or if you ask her a question she will start her sentence with "Well...." She is already outsmarting me. She will do something wrong and I will get on to her and she will reply with, "Well....I was just..." the sad thing is that her comment back is normally so good and plausible that I can't really punish her because if that was the case, she shouldn't be punished. I know Ben used to do the same thing with his parents. She is definitely his child! She can write all of her letters and can read pretty well but she still doesn't like to read. It takes her too long and she would rather someone else do it for her. She is also pretty good at adding. Once again, she is definitely Ben's child! Her memory also amazes me. Don't ever think that she is going to forget about something because trust me, she won't!

She is still very much into Dora and (her favorite man) Diego but she is also fascinated with Princesses and Mermaids and starting to move into Fairy's. Again, all girl, all the time! Her favorite food is still cheese and mashed potatoes. Maybe the only thing she got from her mother! :)
