Aggie Game Day!

We do love our football in this family!  Have to cheer on the Aggies as they join the SEC this year!

Anara's say Class of 30 on the back and Lynnea's say Class of 34!  The cuffs are actually rolled up in hopes that she can wear these all football season which is why the Gig 'Em is a little covered up.

Anara's First Day of Pre-K!

Anara was very excited about starting Pre-K today!  Mom was excited too!!!  She had to have a special outfit for the first day so I made her something fun.  (And pink naturally.)  And of course her sister had to have a matching outfit!  Oh and I taught myself how to make hair bows.  Very dangerous....  :)

Sea World (Take 122)

I actually have no idea how many times we have been to Sea World but it has been a ton!  We love it!  Here are a few pictures from our most recent trip.

My grandmother has given each grandchild and now great grandchild a gallon of pennies.  Anara kept wanting to buy things at Sea World and we kept saying no, it costs money.  So one day she disappears and I find her in her room taking all of her pennies out of her jar and putting them in a cup.  She shows them to me and says, "See, I have money!  I can buy things at Sea World!"  She was so excited and proud of herself so of course we let her cash some of them in and then she got to buy something at Sea World.  This is what she chose.  A mermaid and a dolphin.  She was so excited!

Lynnea is 9 Months Old!

Wow, 9 months already!  She is such a wonderful, happy kid.  The only time she is fussy is when she is teething or I am putting her down for a nap.  She can't stand naps!  Doesn't mind going down at night for bed but naps....she gets mad.  As for the teeth, I have never seen so much drool in my entire life.  She now has 4 on top and 3 on the bottom. 

She isn't crawling yet but she can certainly get around a room.  She loves to use her feet to twirl herself around and around.  She is very patient and if there is something she wants, she will just take her time and slowly scoot across the room until she gets to it.  She added baba to her vocabulary but dada is still her favorite.  Sometimes we think she is saying dog but not 100% sure. 

She is still a pretty picky eater.  Doesn't like cinnamon which surprises me.  She also still won't take a sippy cup.  She does however love her mum mums.  You just say the word and she gets very excited!

Her favorite thing to do is to be set down in the middle of the playroom floor surrounded by toys and she will just play and play forever.  I am so amazed at how she can entertain herself!  She also loves playing with her sister.  Anytime they are together, Lynnea has this look of complete adoration towards her sister.  So wonderful to see!  And of course Anara worships Lynnea as well.  If you ask Anara who her best friend is, she will answer that she is very good friends with Addy and Libby but her best friend is Lynnea.  Love my girls!
