Church Bounce Night!

To continue on with our fabulous week, the church had a bounce night! They had several huge bounce houses for all of the kids and then food for all. Anara had a blast! She is very uncoordinated but that didn't stop her from having fun!

This is a friend that was helping Anara to go down a big slide.

Water Park Part 2!!!

We have had an amazing week! Ben didn't have to work much at all this week (his doctor was on vacation!) and I actually had this week off so we have spent a lot of family time together. Anara loves water parks so of course we decided to go together as a family! Anara is so cautious around water but she certainly does love it! We had a great time!

2nd Birthday Party!!!

My baby is turning 2!!! I can't believe it! Her birthday isn't until Aug. 4th but between everyone's crazy schedules and the fact that we had family in from Arkansas, we decided to do a last minute party in Fort Worth. Ben and I decided to do a jungle theme because she really loves jungle animals and the noises that they make. I attempted to get creative and decorate the cupcakes and Anara's big cupcake myself. For a first attempt it wasn't too bad but I certainly learned a lot and will do better next time! : )

I made four different kinds of cupcakes. Lions, Tigers, Zebras and Monkeys!

We had Lion and Monkey temporary tattoos for the kids and

they loved them! I think Grace would have had them all

over her body if we would have let her!

Family Fun!

We were all in Fort Worth this weekend for two wonderful events. Baby Hunter (as Anara calls him) had his baby blessing at church and then we celebrated Anara's 2nd birthday (even though it isn't for another three weeks!) Ben's Arkansas family was able to come down and it was so nice to watch all of the kids playing together! Here are a few pictures of some of that fun!

We set up a wading pool for the kids in the backyard.

All of the other kids got wet all over but not my child! I think she sat down

once and immediately stood back up. She had a BLAST though!
