Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Dress

We decided to have a little photo shoot with Anara in the park and she was loving it! We have so many great pictures, I had a hard time choosing which to put on the blog. There are even more great pictures but I am already posting a ton so I feel bad adding more. I just think she is so cute! Yes, I know I am biased! I just can't decide which one is my favorite! (I am so proud of Ben for taking these really great pictures!)

Summer Time Fun!

Anara and I have one more week before we get to finally move to Tulsa for good!!! We are really missing Anara's daddy! I have a bunch of pictures though from our time living with my parents and then when Anara went to go visit her great grandparents. Enjoy!

Anara kept getting her legs stuck in the bars.

No wonder Dixie is one of her favorite words to say. It is very

obvious how much she loves the dog!

We keep thinking that Anara is going to be a veternarian when

she grows up because she loves animals so much!

Bath Time = Splash Time

Anara and I are spending a good portion of the summer with my parents in Fort Worth so I can work for CP. Bath time at their house just works best in the kitchen sink! Anara was having so much fun this evening that I just had to get a camera. It is hard to tell in these pictures but she also has her first real mohawk. Too cute and so much fun, even if I did end up soaking wet!

"What, I can't splash water all over the camera?"

"That camera looks dirty, let me clean it!"

Baby Birthday

Wow! 1 year has passed already! Hard to imagine, but it has. Anara turned one this past week, and we had a birthday celebration at the Bledsoe's house, with burgers, chips and dip, and cake! Anara had a grand time eating the cake, as you will see, but otherwise she generally had no clue what was going on.

Funny Jingle Bell

Making Tulsa Home

Sorry for the long delay in posts, but we have been busy! We have moved to Tulsa, and completed a moderate amount of work on our new house. We bought a house that needed some work, and with the mighty help of some gracious family members, it is starting to feel like home (Grandad Jac has been working his tail off, and Uncle Robert and Aunt Julie spent their vacation working! Thanks to EVERYONE for the help). We could have shown you some transformation pictures of the home....but we thought Anara was cuter.
